Texture Problem - "Chameleon, changing textures"

hey, i have a problem with FNV, as the thread title says, my textures FOR EVERY MOD are not working, ive tried re-installing the game but nothing works that ive tried, the textures on any mod i install seem to be non existent, the items whether they're weapons or armors seem to be using random textures that change depending on the angle you look at the item. Please help me!

You need ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37004/ If you are using a mod manager, use the one in the manager. Do not use both.
