AlduinWorldEater Posted August 15, 2013 Share Posted August 15, 2013 Well, as the title suggests, I've got a Windows 8 computer, and I can't get Morrowind to run properly. I install everything exactly as it should be, MW->TB->BM, I remember to right click->Run As Administrator, and it will run once or twice, but then it starts giving me the "BM Snowflake.nif" error, even in Admin mode. I've been fighting with this for months, and I'm on the verge of giving up on my favourite game. If there's absolutely anything anyone can do to help, it would be highly appreciated. Labada Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 I don't know if it's possible with Win8, but did you try running the game executable in compatibility mode for Win7 or WinXP?If it's possible, try it with a new clean installation of the game, since you've got the "snowflake.nif" error code.
