Nexusness Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Ok so I just bought and installed crysis and as I started it everything was running at about 5fps (even the intro logos b4 the menu) I dont have a bad system and ive run softwares that scan you system hardware and they also say I can run crysis fine does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? ( I have set graphics settings to medium and low and the FPS problem is still the same) --MySpecs-- Windows Xp prefessional2.4ghz Core Duo4gb DDR2 Ram256mb Ati radeon 2600 XT

Either get a new card, or in your hardware settings specify for the CPU to also do some of the graphics processing.
Nexusness Posted March 10, 2009 Author Posted March 10, 2009 K well I got the game itself running at around 30-35 fps on medium settings but the intro logos and menus still run around 6 fps. thoughts?
PureSnipe Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 That's most likely an error with your drivers/codecs. Happened to me on a few games before I updated them.
