Wrye Flash NV wont run

I just installed Wrye Flash for NV and it wont run it gives me this error

what do i need to do to fix this to get it to run?

 

 

could a mod move this to mod troubleshooting please. I apologize for posting this and one other topic in the wrong forum section.
