blackrat47
I usually check daily the Latest Files-section. I click on interesting mod and load its page, then the images page and viw differnt images.when going back to the mods page or the page of latest files it reload, which takes time and gets me automatically to the description of the mod and i have to change to images page again to view more of the mods images. The reason for this problem would be interesting?
LHammonds
The problem is with the iPhone and the way that the Safari browser works. When you click an image, it opens a new window. Anytime you go back to a prior window, it has to refresh the page which causes it to default to the "Description" tab. LHammonds
blackrat47
Thanks for the answer. It does not always refresh, it seems it refreshes after maybe 30s or 60sec. after last view. When I remember correctly, you can set somewhere the time after which a web pages refreshes (usefull for news sites, where information changes often). Is this set in the webpage or in the iPhone. But, as a little answer to myself, I don't have this problems here on the PC (Firefox). Hope some Apple guy reads this here, as I don't know where else to post. LHammonds
I looked under "Settings" (found on first page of icons) and found only a few settings under the "Safari" section but none of them had anything to do with a refresh setting. I do not think there will be any way to control the behavior other than just not clicking on the thumbnails. It probably would not reset the refresh if the image could somehow be opened in the same window and then used the Back button. There are options in Firefox to force "New Windows" to be opened inside the tab but there simply are not many options with iPhone Safari browser. Would be nice to see "iFirefox" listed as a downloadable app. ;) LHammonds
