You ban appeal would have retained more sincerity if you had not gone and broken yet another rule and made another account 2 hrs before you turned in your ban appeal. I had actually just voted for you to be allowed back. I have now changed my vote as a ban circumvention is an automatic ban. Incidentally...all you have to do is register the game with Steam. You can play offline after that. I am sorry that you did this as your ban appeal had merit. You apparently didn't read that Terms of Service as well as you should have.
