Is there a mod for better snow covered walkways?

I am looking for a mod that will change the way snow looks on wooden plank walk ways. I will try to post an image, but it is definitely one thing I would like to change.

There are two types of snow in Skyrim - one is the "normal" texture based, the other is what's used on those planks - a static shader effect. I don't know exactly how static shaders work and even if they are modable (I've never seen a mod such as this before) so it's not very straight forward.

 

There would be a possible way around it - instead of modding the snow itself, one could use the "Better Dynamic Snow" mod which actually removes the snow shader from those planks, and have a snow texture photoshopped onto the plank texture (which may require mesh modification if not duplication) before being applied to the game. That said, again I've not seen a mod such as this either, so it seems that currently you are either stuck with the snow or can remove it with the BDS mod.
