Piracy/using a copy of Skyrim not owned by him and not registered on Steam by the member. It was a "friends" copy.

btw: what is STEAM?

 

Skyrim is a Steam exclusive game and we can not support illegal copies of the game. If you go get the game and register the legal copy with Steam then feel free to put in a ban appeal. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
