apolloooo Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 according to this video, kick is block + (direction + attack), but for some reason i can't do it. also i only have have 1 dodge moves unlike the various 1 in video. the weird thing is i've seen the NPCs doing it, kicking me in my head. i can bash, throw weapons, and ambush / slit throat, but i can't kick for some reason. i read that some people have have different button combination, but i tried it and still doesn't work. the hourglass doesn't seems to do anything too. when i click it ,it says "cannot equip this item" and nothing happens. i check the .ini file where the button assignment is supposed to be, and there's no kick button assigned: set skycaptainsSb.bashKey to 45 set skycaptainsSb.flipKey to 33 set skycaptainsSb.horseCombatKey to 48 set skycaptainsSb.throwkey to 47 set scc.giveDrResetItem to 1 set scc.resetMod to 0 set scc.debugmode to 0 i dunno what's wrong, but since every other thing works just fine except kicking, it might be a small mistake. thanks in advance :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bobbyskel78 Posted July 20, 2020 Share Posted July 20, 2020 (edited) now it sounds like runbatchscript isn't running correctly ... it's commonly used w/ ini files. i would re-extract the ini from your downloaded archive, as it was working ... but remember everything in this file is being used as obse script. any wrong syntax will force the program, if they've set that, to the default buttons (which i never use).PRIOR: save your existing ini file to a backup so you can just open them both and re-map, if you've done and i always do to the proper directx code.your acrobatics is 50 pure, as in no fortify right? ya have to wait if it's fortified to naturally reach 50.on a personal note, i changed some of the default quick key to something more easily reachable in the CS. for example, a shield bash was a combination of something i didn't care for, i permanently changed it in the code to num pad 4. ah, whatever ... my personal taste don't matter.____________________why are you jumping everywhere you go ... oblivionxp is so much better and used in conjunction w/ a uncapper and a butt-load of quest mods, then run the prog w/ MOO and advanced or nightmare mode. ♪♫♪ i get my kicks, on route 66 ♪♫♪ Edited July 20, 2020 by bobbyskel78 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
