Crashes on startup, BOSS Log Included - PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I'm new to modding FO3 and I've installed mutliple mods with NMM and sorted with mods. I have no idea where the conflict is, but on startup I'm crashing every time (using FOSE). Here is my boss log:

You cannot run Fallout Wanderers Edition and FOOK together. Choose one or the other.

Do not load-up your game with mods without having run the base game and checked that it will run properly.

Do not load-up your game with mods and expect it to run without problems. Add the mods one at a time and check in the game to see they are running properly.

Uninstall and delete the compatibility patches that you have that don't have the main files.

If you choose to keep FWE, don't use both restore tracers.
