itsthecrazydude Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 (edited) I've always wanted this mod, to be able to play as a dragon man, but was disapoined to see that other mods that did this, altough they weren't that bad, had some issues with models, like the permanent and stiff dragon mouth which really bothers me. Why turn into a dragon when you use beast form? What IF, because your soul is that of a dragon, it interferes with curses such as.. well.. Hircine's beast form, which I believe brand one's soul, not body, as seen in the companion's questline. I don't know if this is a good immersive lore-friendly reason, but it seems fine to me. What I'd like to ask for is a mod that adds a good, detailed model replacement for the werewolf, that doesn't have their mouth constantly open, or maybe even some sort of change in the companion's quest when you receive the curse, maybe some new voiced dialogue remarking upon the fact that you just turned into a dragon-like being.Is this a good Idea? Could it be done? I'd sure like it but I don't know whether this mod will be done. Midicow Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 (edited) Monster mod used to have a dragonoid werewolf-form replacer forever ago, and there also used to be a mod that let you control the player werewolf model independently from npcs (also gender). I have no idea where either are, but I do know that I see the model they used to use in the banners of this page here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35631/? You might want to bring it up on the mod detectives thread. If you like werewolf stuff though, you might want to look into Moonlight Tales and Nature of the Beast II. They don't have any dragon options but they overhaul the system and do some neat things. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35470/? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20721/ There's also the much older,Tales of Lycanthropy, but that is literally the precursor to Moonlight Tales by the same author. But is the dragonoid werewolf form from the monster mod any good?Like I said, I don't really want a model with a constantly opened oversized mouth that was pryed off of the dragon model directlyI'm going to take a look around the nexus, but something tells me the model I'd want doesn't really exist, that's why I'm posting this in the skyrim mod requests *shrug* My request still stands for this mod, altough I'm gonna go and do a more torough search. If so, I know http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25261/? is a good mod for turning into a dragon but it doesnt replace the werewolf transformation. To be more specific, imagine a werewolf that has a dragon's skin and scales and such.
