My Mod has suspicious files? (Quarantined)

Hey Nexus Team,

yesterday I uploaded my first mod but I can't publish it because the zip file doesn't seem to be safe?

There are no harmful files in it. It's just an esp and ba2 file i created with Creation Kit and Archive2.

Here is the link to the page for moderators: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/56745?tab=files

Can you please take a look?

Thank you!

Hey there,

It looks like your mod is still uploading to the CDN so I can't check it yet. At first glance it would appear the file preview failed, which means that it is archived using an unrecognised 7zip encoding. It may end up being perfectly fine, but we've had issues in the past where the file was manipulated to try and hide what was inside it.

Thanks for the quick response!

hm.. interesting.. i try to pack it again as zip file and not as 7zip. Is there a way to delete the alredsy "uploaded" file on the mod page or can I just archive it?

I also checked the file again with windows security and there are not threats detected

No wait.. now there is another issue. When I try to download the Main file via "Mod Manager Download". This message appears:

You are downloading an archived version of this mod which is no longer supported by the mod author. Please do not report issues encountered while playing with this version as they may already be fixed in the latest release.

Even though the file is not archived. I still can continue to download, but vortex gives me a "Download failed" message:

Servermessage: Mod not available: 56745
Is it because of the other file which is quarantined? Can a moderator or admin delete this archived file, please?

So I changed the main file settings to "main vortex file" like an hour ago:

Unfortunately, nothing has changed and when I click on the mod manager download button, it still says that Im about to download the archived file:

I can continue to download but vortex still throws an error:

Maybe it is because both files (main and archived) share the same file name (Rocky Satellite Radio-56745-1-0-1640090096)? So the API is looking at the wrong file?

Can you please delete the archived file anyway? Perhaps this causes the issue.

I published the mod now and thanks for deleting the archived file. At least the message dissappeared when I click on the mod manager button. But vortex still gives me an error message.

Maybe if I wait a little bit, vortex will also catch up.

Edit: It works now. Thanks for your help! You can close this topic now.
