Launcher fail!

I have the following mods installed;

Unofficial patch

All perks unlock

Bullettime

UPP (perk pack)

 

Every time i try to enable the following (in that order) my stupid launcher will crash.

 

any suggestions on how to make the retarded thing work?

Yes, but i don't use that to launch it (as it would launch with no mods..?)

 

At the moment, i can launch the game running FOMM through FOSE, but i'd prefer to just be able to use the standard launcher..
