Could somebody make a mesh edit of this armor?

I'm wondering of there's anyone out there that can remove certain sections of an armor from Drag's Powder Ganger Overhaul

 

 

I'd like the hood and strings to be removed from this armor, essentially make the hoodie just a normal shirt, if possible.

 

 

This specific armor is called "PG2a.nif", and, once the mod is downloaded, is in the following directory:

 

PowderGangerOverhaul \ meshes \ dragbody_nv \ GamingUndergroundNetwork \ MinorFactionsOverhaul \ PowderGangers
