What face overhaul was used for these screenshots?

Hello,

 

I'm looking for the mod that was used by Hallgarth to enhance faces for the screenshots in this mod : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/7992

 

Looks quite similar to vanilla but better. Anyone?

If it's not vanilla, then it could be XCE. There aren't many mods that try to make the textures look vanilla-like, but XCE is probably the best known one.

I installed some "improved elves" mod a while back (since uninstalled for this or that reason), which, as I recall, had preview images resembling your images, although I don't recall the specific mod name. I got it on thhe Nexus, so with any luck it's still available with some targete searching on things like the term "improved" or variants, or looking for mods with "elf" or "elves" in it....

 

I do vaguely recall that it required installing an LE "improved elves" mod, followed by the (SE) mod to make it compatible with SE (and possibly to add further enhancements, idk, I don't remember)

 

I also remember that it not only improved the overall realism of the facial models, there were distinct variants, two or three variants with smooth forehead, and even one with some sort of prominent forehead protuberance (in the same general category as how post 1980s Star Trek Klingons have that pronounced carapace on their foreheads) might be useful for when you're browsing mods returned by your search ("elves", "improved", etc) and maybe saying, "Oh. I'll bet that's the mod that guy was talking about")

 

note: it could also be one of the mod author's own custom, unpublished faces...a player he created or even still uses, or a treasured follower, or whatever. So it might also be of value trying to contact the mod author. fwiw

Could it be "Etherial Elves"? I used it on LE many years ago. Can be modded to work in SE.

Thank you for your answers, i'll look into it :) I suppose it may be a combination of Etherial Elves/Less harsh elves/Humanized elves with XCE, however even the human faces look sharper to me. It might be just an impression, i don't know.

Sounds like a possibility. yes, it could be Ethereal Elven Overhaul now that I think of it. Some custom textures too, by the looks of the snapshots from the mod link @NordmanR provided. possibly from some LE texture pack for elves.

 

As to the human ones shown though, I have no idea.

The elven faces look like Etherial Elven Overhaul to me, too. I didn't remember the correct name, sorry.
