Load Order for Modpocalypse

I have been fighting to get the right load order of these Mods.

 

Modpocalypse NPCs - All Vanilla NPCs v3

Modpocalypse NPCs - Resources

Modpocalypse NPCs - v3 3DNPC

Modpocalypse NPC's - v3 Immersive Patrols

Modpocalypse NPCs - v3 OBIS

 

Interesting NPCs SE - BSAs

Interesting NPCs Zora Customizer SSE v1_2_1

Immersive Patrols SE

KS Hairdos SSE

ORBIS SE - Organized Bandits In Skyrim Special Edition - obis

 

I do notice regardless what Vortex suggests (before these mods in load order) I place my follower mods after which makes them work without a black/Dark Face bug.

So I am thinking all follower mods should be placed and loaded after said above mods installed.

 

Need help please.
