Activemovie window strikes back

I have this strange Activemovie window thing that randomly pops up during gameplay and the game won't run again.

I seached all over internet for solutions and nothing worked.

Activemovie window doesn't show any image and I don't have any hidden music cover images on my computer.

I messed up with my codects, intalled, uninstalled, reinstalled, removed K-lite codec pack and installed XP codec pack. Still nothing.

I tried tuning on Media Player in background (for some people it worked), but still nothing.

I downloaded Directshowfiltersreset from Morrowind and Oblivion but for some unknown reasosns it won't even work on my computer.

So I tried almost every possible solution that wouldn't require reinstalling Oblivion or Windows. Nothing works...

Umm. . . Do you by any chance have Oblivion Stutter Remover active? Cause I have the same problem when I have Better Music System installed. Those two don't seem to like each other, although there is another option for managing your fps. Streamline v3.1; This is an all in one fps and save game manager. The file is available on Nexus Mods, just type "Streamline" without quotes in the search box. After you install streamline your going to have to uninstall OSR. I use Streamline for all my playthroughs and each option is configurable in an INI file. Horrible fps? heres a good tip: I learned this from Might & Magic X Legacy. . . Set the maximum FPS to 500 and the minimum to 10 or 15 this should give you good to great results ingame.
