Random Reload Sounds Please Help.

Hello.

 

I've been hearing random reload sounds across multiple saves. I tried disabling Tactical Reload and starting a new game, disabling JSRS Sounds and starting a new game but the problem persists. I have a save in which right after I load the sound happen, so I used this opportunity to disable as many mods as I thought could be the culprit but to no avail.

 

I'm am at a loss. I have no issue with any other game. I reinstalled the video driver because it's something I changed recently, checked integrity of files, nothing. I think it is probably a mod conflict, but I really don't know what to do at this point. Here is my load order. I use Mod Organizer 2.

Edit.: I uninstalled Combined Arms Expansion Pack and the sound frequency lessened a lot. I installed another replacer over the M249 because I thought I might be hearing it's reload but it is still happening. I uninstalled See Through Scopes and it still happens. I uninstalled fallout 4, deleted the folder and reinstalled, and deleted Mod Organizer folder, only left profiles and mods folders. Let's see if the sounds persists.
