Popular names 1920's - 1950's

So I thought I'd do some quick research into popular names from the early to mid 20th Century to help with naming characters in Fallout because it has a 1950's atmosphere / feel (I can't think what to call it...)

Of course adult characters names shouldn't be from the 1950's because they were born at least 20 years before.

 

Here then, are the Top 10 most popular names from 1920 to 1950 (in the US)

Alternatively you could use Wikipedia because it shows the Top 10 baby names from each individual year of the decade, as opposed to each ten years as a whole from the SSA website.

It is western themed, why not get names from your favorite western movie.... current play through I went with Jed Cooper (gotta love Clint).
