Can't use heavy attack or shield bash

Hi, here is the deal:
I use a generic gamepad, and for some reason all the buttons (least the R/L and D-Pad) are mixed up.

 

And I dont know why, even if i remap the buttons with Xpadder or the x360ce, the game try to execute the remaped buttons, but always execute the "original button" that is standard for the game.

Its like the standard for R3 its Menu, and for START is Lock in camera, but if i try to remap, and press R3, he will open the menu, and then lock in the camera.

 

So i try this: use an invalid version of x360ce só the game cant see the button press, and remaped the gamepad with the Xpadder to the gamepad hit the keyboard keys.

 

It all work beautiful, except the Right weapon heavy attack, Left weapon action, and Gesture Menu (the keys on the gamepad are: R2, L2 and Select).

This actions dont work even in the keyboard.

The only way to to Heavy attack is open the menu and closing it.

 

Any ideas to make this 3 actions work?

As matter of fact, everytime any menu action is taken, he do a Right Weapon heavy attack.

Like enter a shop, start a conversation etc
