Data files not saving.

Everytime i start up Fallout 3 i have to go onto Data Files and enable all my mods that i've downloaded. Isnt there a way to remember all these so i dont need to click on them all everytime i start the game up.

Let me guess Vista? If so either turn of UAC or run as administrator. But the default installation on vista is not going to give you the best results.

This is a known problem with the Fallout Launcher. Use FOMM to enable your mods and start your game.
