IxionInc
Wow, this mod looks awesome, and it has slow-mo too? Sweet! I'm gonna try this.
humanbean234
Since I'm limited to a laptop computer, here... Oblivion will run on my laptop. Fallout 3 won't run (my chipset isn't supported for Fallout's graphics, even though the laptop is less than a year old). Therefore, I vote Oblivion. That is strange. I have a 6+ year-old PC and FO3 runs better on it than Oblivion...although both are on just about the lowest settings. ;) As far as which one I like better, I will of course lean heavily to Oblivion since I like the swords and armor theme but FO3 was fun to play because of the weapons. LHammondsI don't mean "runs poor or laggy," I mean "crashes to desktop when I try to start it."Most unhappy, and this is with a chipset that can easily handle DX9c.Just because I don't have an NVidia graphics card... Lord Slyther
I vote Oblivion because Fallout 3 is way too advanced for my comp to handle. Comparing the games Oblivion : Less lag, able to turn off the LOD, and pretty stable with a decent processorFallout 3 : Unable to turn off LOD, more lag, and will need all the space it can get to operate smoothly. Either way, I still consider having modern weapon mods wherever I go. The true future, or the one place we all know as the Elder Scrolls dimension. space butler
At the moment, it's Oblivion for me. I thrashed the hell out of that game on 360, got it for PC last year, been modding it ever since. FCOM Convergence and numerous landscape mods have made this still a spectacular RPG to play. Give Fallout some time for the modding community to get really rolling and this will also be tweaked to near-perfection. I'm playing Oblivion again while I wait for Fallout to get most of it's bugs ironed out, and possibly some more unique landscapes. Either way, now there are two massive time sinks on my PC and I love them both

Thor.
Fall out 3 on max settings is amazing, and Oblivion is to, but Fall Out 3 wins because well it looks so amazing with all those texture mods as well. Man that was a hard disishion
Maigrets
I bought Oblivion on the day it was released here in Australia. I actually waited while they unpacked the boxes at K Mart. I've played it to death like Morrowind before it. There are a number of things that irritate no end me about the vanilla game, but thanks to mods pretty much all of them have been fixed. I've played through most of the big and small quest mods and a few I still haven't finished. I have SI but never finished the MQ or most of the side quests. I have a 3GB folder full of mods that I haven't even tried yet. My desire to actually play flagged around the time I started to mod which was around August last year. I'm finding it more interesting poking around in the CS and seeing what is possible with my meagre skills and dreaming up my next mod. Then came Fallout 3 and my computer at the time wouldn't have had a hope of playing it. I've been lucky enough to be able to upgrade and now I'm playing Fallout 3 fully modded and with heaps of textures at almost maxed graphic options. And it's beautiful. I must be one of the rare lucky ones who have a stable game. Except for the occasional crash and freeze I have very few issues with the game. The freezes I discovered are usually caused by a background program trying to access the Internet (Windows Update for one) so I disabled it and download the updates manually. That fixed that little issue. Considering it's only been around for a few months rather than years, eventually the bugs will be ironed out. So at the moment I'm having a break from Oblivion except to mod, and thoroughly enjoying Fallout 3.I can't imagine what's to come mod wise for it and I can't wait to find out. Both games will never be erased from my hard drive, but Fallout 3 has more to offer than first impressions led me to believe and it has my most of my attention at present. BECAUSE of the freakin GUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps: now dont get me wrong i LOVE oblivion but i LOVE fo3 more
