Increase how often the player grumbles about conversation

I'm not sure what keywords to use to search for this. At any rate, I can't find a mod to do so. Is there one?

 

I mean when the NPC is wittering on for ages and you press the right arrow to skip, which occasionally makes the player character grumble in some way. I want it to do it every time, preferably with a greater variety of things to say.
