ganymede0586
Hey, I downloaded the male body replacer mod and it says in the readme file to run the .esp file that comes with it. How exactly do I do that?

SavageArtistry
The .esp file goes in the Oblivion\Data directory. Make sure you have also added in the other folders such as 'Textures' and 'Meshes' into the Data directory. Usually it asks to overwrite when you add these folders. Allow it to do so. If you are using the same version of Robert's male replacer that I use from time to time, there are two .esp files - one for if you're using Beautiful People and one for if you are not. You'll want to choose just one of these. Don't use them both. To activate your .esp file you just need to start Oblivion. The launcher will come up with a menu. On the menu is an option called "Data Files." Select that, and you will see all your .esp files listed. Just put an 'X' on the box next to your new .esp file and you're good to go. BossDweebe
Or even better. Get OBMM (Oblivion Mod Manager). This is a very useful utility. In addition to just turning mods on and off it allows you to adjust load order and does archive invalidation, and a host of other good things. It may not be necessary now, but you may get sucked in, o_O like so many of us, and when the mods start growing in number you will need OBMM.
