go2gordon
Hi,I'm new with modding skyrim SE and I'm looking for a mod that allows me to store all the igridients for alchemy directly in the alchemy tables (the ones I get with my houses) Does anybody knows a mod that produce this? Thanks a lot and a lucky New Year
IsharaMeradin
It is not possible to store anything directly in the alchemy table. They do not have the capacity to hold objects. Furthermore, for the alchemy table to use any ingredients those ingredients need to be within the player's inventory. There are mods that provide a nearby container, mods that provide access to remote containers and some of those mods include an "automatic" method of moving the stored items into the player inventory. anjenthedog
As Ishara said...However, using Automatic Item Storage and binding nearby storage containers to crafting stations you can do much the same thing (in your case, some close proximity storage container where you'll drop all your herbs, and then link it to the alchemy station). - but you can do the same with a smithing station and a nearby chest or other general purpose storage container, in a kitchen, etc. if you want to... Only applicable in fixed locations though (player homes, effectively) Note that while most crafting stations (kitchen pots, oven, alchemy, enchanting, all smitihng stations, even the staff enchanter) work, some won't/don't (haven't gotten milk churns or spinning wheels to work with it) if you do decide to try it, follow the mod author's instructions carefully. (It's been a while since I installed it, but I believe he has a video that's worth watching for newbs) There's a small but steep learning curve. But once you get the hang of it, everything's copacetic... And it can make crafting breeze, and if you are someone who runs with a high carry weight, getting your hoarding under control, since you don't have to carry everything with you...
