SSE Asian Race Nirn Location or Total Milieu Replacement?

I think we all can be thrilled how the Asian gaming and modding community has embraced Skyrim. Today, I was admiring some of the new katanas. I've also enjoyed the follower presets and outfits.

 

Now I suggest that a Nirn location (or 3) be imagined and populated with the origin of these cultural influences on Skyrim.

 

Alternatively, It would be great if someone created a mod list that would completely replace the Northern European heritage influenced Nords with Asian influenced culture, but that would be a much more challenging mod effort.

The place already exists in lore its called Akavir. Its a continent far east of Tamriel.

There's also an unofficial chinese translation. From what I hear it even translates signs. And there may be a japanese voice translation
