really a lot of errors,i guess the problem is this : Can't find E:\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty\Data\ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated.bsa>

but i really installed it ,but not activate first time ,so i uninstall all mods activate the ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! and install all mods again.now still freeze when play about 10-20 min,and i shut down load the game again at that save file,it will still freeze.

when it freeze,i use a save file i saved before u install the mod outside vault 101.

my system is win7 32 bit,my laptop is acer v3-571g.

You should download and install B.O.S.S. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193 to correct your load order. Streetlights.esm should load before BrokenSteel.esm, after your load order is sorted. If you are using a mod manager, uninstall ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! as there is one built into the mod manager.

Freezing in game is usually the result of using a multicore CPU. See this for a fix: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1465357-installing-fallout-3-with-windows-78-and-xp

Bad news, sounds like you're working off a corrupted save. You'll have to go back and find a save before the corruption occurred and start again from there. To help avoid this in the future, turn off all autosaving in the game and install something like CASM: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/3729/?. It doesn't eliminated the problem, but it makes it much more manageable.

Secondly, FOSE was probably not what was responsible for your original issue. Instead, one of the mods that uses FOSE was, and by deleting it, you, in effect, deactivated the mod. I don't recognize most of the mods you're running, but I'm guessing that at least one of them probably requires FOSE, and that's you're culprit.

Finally, the advice about killing yourself on starting up can be duplicated by executing the console command: PCB. Just be careful using this when indoors, as that can cause issues all its own.
