Fallout 3 Unofficial patch

I had to install the unofficial patch to get this game to run on Windows 7. After jumping through some hoops I got it all to run fine, then started modding. New texture packs, Ironsights, Fellout. With Fellout came darker nights, which was cool, but I decided I wanted to get a night vision goggles mod. I tried to wear them with the Chinese stealth armor. Lo and behold, some extremely unpleasant person decided that an unofficial patch needed to remove an exploit from a SINGLE PLAYER game. So while I am eternally grateful that the game runs on my OS now, I am at an impasse. I want the CSA and I want my NVGs. The game will, for some reason, boot up and play without the patch in my load order now, though it does give me an error saying there are things that aren't there anymore in my save. Is there an easy way to run the UFP and correct this issue so that I can use the stealth armor the way it is in vanilla? Console commands, or some instruction on how to open and edit the mod? Perhaps another mod to override it?

you want nv grab the detect traps and advanced recon nightvision and to be able to wear the csa grab the cyborg nv which gives you the ability to wear any armor glasses hats choose no part when installing the cyborg nv and get the perk by opening the console and typing player(period)addperk xx000daf without the parenthesis where the xx is the number in your load order. install them in the order listed.
