Laser weapon mod

Could anyone tool around with this mod: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38742/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D38742&pUp=1 Juuust enough so the Laser Rifle and Pistol are replaced by the Laser Carbine and Defender? As well as all related weapon attachments. Or if you want to send me instructions on how to do it. That would be welcomed too. Permissions all say good to go.

It adds many of the Classic FO1 FO2 (some FO:BOS) weapons to the game, and allows NPCs to sell, use, loot them.

 

It makes the game a bit more familiar for those that played the old sprite game. Not all of the weapons are in. The HK-9 SMG was not put in, but it can not use weapon mods.

 

Also leaving the stock weapons in gives you weapons to use for "spare parts". How I do it anywho.

Well yeah, but I have no problem with any of the other weapons since they were designed by Obsidian. (Well, okay, most of em.) And I believe the game is already flooded with weapons as is. I already built a mod that replaces the vanilla plasma rifles and pistols with casters and defenders. If I can just get this last mod made. The transformation will be complete! I'm even willing to commission this thing if necessary.
