Strayfe
How do you remove the scope of a weapon? Do you have to edit the model in Blender? I like the sniper rifle model and I think it would be cool to have the sniper rifle with and without the scope. Thanks, Strayfe
Skree000
to disable the scope just edit the weapons file (in geck) and uncheck 'scope' in the weapon properties to physically remove the scope, you need a 3d modelling package like 3dstudio max, Blender, maya, modo, lightwave, bryce, houdini, gmax etc
jkruse05
Actually, since the scope is a separate object in the sniper rifle model you could probably just use Nifskope to cut it off. I'll give it a try. Aww, looks like I was wrong, the scope is part of the main body. I can chop it off in Blender for you if you want.

Strayfe
I really want to try to learn how to use blender, but there is no blender tutorial made for Fallout 3 that I know of. If you can link me one, that would be great.
