Crashing getting near most locations.

Crashes upon fast travel are a normal thing, but for some reason they are now very very frequent, i cant fast travel most places without crashing, and aside from that, i cant even travel by foot because getting near some locations will give me an instant ctd.

There are some places that i try to go and the game crashes when i have no mods that modify that area or anything that could even be there.

Some of this places are the deathclaw promontory, crashed vertvird, mountain shadows campground, and many more.

It also seems to be a problem with certain creatures, as when i get near the red marks in the radar theres a high chance i will crash.

 

This has made the game nearly unplayable, i have taken out countless mods just to reduce the ctd and no avail, i think it could be some kind of mod conflict, but i don't see which mod could be. if it helps here is my load order:

Ok, somehow my save was corrupted or something. Made a new game, but im crashing 50% of the time i fast travel ANYWHERE, it loads the place but upon arriving i get and inmediate CTD.
