It would help if you described what anything actually was, another words, be more descriptive I'm only guessing here, but since your title mentioned doors, I am assuming that is your issue. So, you've placed one in your cell via the geck, but it doesn't work in the game... Am I guessing correctly? Perhaps you placed a static door and not a door object. Perhaps you have the "Inaccessible" flag ticked on the door's ref page (the data page you see when you click on the door objects in the GECK). Perhaps you've set the door to be locked and requiring a key to unlock it that you don't have. Other than that, I would need that more specific info I eluded to earlier.
