I'm not sure what's going on but after leaving Solstheim (my most hated place n Tamriel), every NPC in Skyrim is covered in ash except when they're indoors. I thought it might be from Wet & Cold but I've turned off all of the ashy stuff in the MCM. Also tried fast travelling and waiting for a couple of days in game but no luck. I just wanted to see if anyone else has ever encountered this and if so, how did they fix it. I'm 75 hours in and would hate to have to kill my game just because everyone looks dirty.
