I've searched but found nothing.If there is can you post link plz.If not, plz reset all skill trees to 0 at start.Still leave race start bonuses alone. Thanx! Edit: Skills not perks. You can adjust your skills in the console, but then if you step on a skeever and craft a rusty nail you will probably gain a few levels.
