Deja vu all over again

Like a junkie needing a tech advice fix....

The wife finally surrendered to the inevitable and decided to start from scratch. (Mainly because she can't get past a Diplomatic Immunity glitch to finish the Alduin quest line.) So Uninstalled EVERYTHING and started the tedious process of reinstalling EVERYTHING. This time around, I kept the mods down to those that are in my mix and working OK (more or less). Even BOSS is working fine:
