Mesh troubles

So I acquired the Resident Evil Pack for New Vegas from a friend which is basically a bunch of resident evil costumes. He told me some of the meshes were screwed over, I however, had an idea of retexturing the costumes to essentially make "I can't believe its not Resident Evil 2.0"*

 

*No I did not make that mod. That was master Q's masterpiece :)

 

However, I've completely underestimated the difficulties. Almost every upperbody female mesh displays very oddly in FNV (The male meshes appear to work fine though, so retexing them should be cake). Its a little difficult to explain, but basically imagine the chest exploding out in lines out to a very distant point under the floor (I can provide an image). I don't know where else I could find working meshes, so that has been ruled out, unless someone can direct me to a better set. I actually don't really know the origin of these meshes (which is probably a big issue it itself x_x) but I'm inclined to believe (through some research) they were from a mod created by someone on the nexus named toxa who seems to have been banned.

 

When using Nifskope, the meshes appear perfectly intact. When imported into the blender, they again appear to be intact in the GECK, they are also intact.

The only time I see the issue is in the game itself, and only on female models. I haven't done any retexturing because how badly the meshes look

 

Currently I use Type 3 for my female body (vanilla underwear) and vanilla for male.

 

I'm not very good with meshes (I have 0 experience with Blender and minimal with Nifskope), so this has really gotten me in a hole. I can find a good place to upload the meshes if requested. I'm just really hoping someone knows what to do. I sure as hell don't. =(

yeah that's definitely bouncing breast meshes.
