Help - Invisible Power Armour Textures/Meshes (Reposted w/ relevant info)

Hello guys, I'm having trouble with the Brotherhood power armours. They all appear invisible in the game. Strangely, NCR power armour works, I don't know about the Enclave, I'm not up to Arcade's quest yet.

I've tried reinstalling. I've tried running the game with no mods, but it doesn't make a difference. I first noticed it when installing the Book of Steel mod but I've tried several times without it to no avail. I've done several clean installs and nothing. Turned archive invalidation on and off. Still nothing. The power armours are also highlighted red in FNV edit, if that means anything.

System specs:

Nvidia GTX 970 GPU

Intel i7-4790 CPU

24GB Ram

Windows 10 64bit

I have several texture mods installed. NMC Medium, Poco Bueno, All Clothing Retex 2K. I have the roberts body and type 3 body mods installed. I have tried without all of these, the problem still persists. I am also using NVSE, Johnny Guitar NVSE, kNVSE Animation Plugin, JIP NVSE, NVTF and Crash.

My game is installed to I:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas

There is over a hundred GB of space left on that drive.

Since the game is installed in "Program Files" none of the mods that make changes to the .exe will work. This include but are not limited to NVSE (and others) NVTF, NMC and other texture packs, etc. You also have too many files in the data folder. You also need to patch the game so that it uses more than two GB of RAM. This is noted on the NMC description page.
