ive tried every thing i could but nothing fixes it .

If you are unable to complete any of the server tests, there's likely a problem at your ISP. Each of those test servers is in a different part of the world on different infrastructure so failing to connect to all of them implies a fault closer to your end of the connection.

 

Perhaps you could try using a VPN to see if it improves the speeds?
