Skyviper086
Hello I'm wondering if i need a permission from a mod author so I can use their work for personal use. to be Exact I'd like to move the underground hideout or use its interior rather for a personal mod. Skyviper086
Its a professional courtesty thing. You do have a point and I think for taking the time to make it. Edited September 7, 2013 by Skyviper086
Lanceor
A lot of people do modify and combine other people's mods to suit their own personal tastes, especially for things like house mods - it's all a part of making the game your own. As micalov above said, as long as you don't release it for others to download, it's perfectly fine.
nivea
As long as for personal use means, you are not giving it out to anyone (including sending it around in PMs to "friends") then no you do not need anyones permissions you are free to do what you like with a mod on your computer. But I think its very nice of you to want to make sure.
