Mod Config Menu - not showing up

I just did a full reinstall of Fallout: New Vegas and made sure to reinstall my mods using the Nexus Mod Manager (I had done it manually before). This time around I was smart enough to pick up the New Vegas Script Extender (latest version) and MCM. But when I get into a game (whether it's loading my save or beginning anew), the Mod Configuration Menu does not show up above "Continue" when I hit Esc to pause the game.

 

To be clear, I AM running the game via the nvse_loader.exe. any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

You have to be running a mod that actually makes use of the MCM. When you do, it'll show up.
