Can you please include the test results for all of the other servers? You've only provided results for the Premium CDN which is not available unless you have an active Premium membership.

If none of the free server tests are working this is usually an ISP or routing problem. You may want to report the issue to your ISP or try using a VPN.

 

It also appears that you'd get 6MB/s as a Premium user.
