Custom worldspace won't load directly from the menu

I've recently been having a very annoying bug with the main custom worldspace in my mod. In short, save games made there can't be loaded from the Skyrim menu (Where the continue, new game, load, credits etc. are). However, if the player loads the save the was made in the worldspace from somewhere else in game, such as an interior or Skyrim, it will load fine. Similarly, the game still loads the worldspace fine when going from an interior out into the exterior world without any issues.

 

So basically, saves made inside the worldspace can't be loaded from the main menu; I get presented with an infinite loading screen and the save never loads.
