At this point TES has it sown up, though I suspect most of the people who voted for it based their votes solely on Skyrim and maybe Oblivion, with a (relatively speaking) small minority having played all 3 TES games released last decade. TES is good (I haven't played Morrowind, I'm afraid, but i have played Oblivion and Skyrim.) but Fallout, to me, is more creative than any of them, and fun.
