Just to let you know what a BSA Unpacker is which would be helpful...........

If you have OBMM (Oblivion Mod Manager) double click on the file called Oblivion- Meshes.bsa in your data folder.

OBMM

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097

BSA Browser will open:

Unpack the files you want or all of them, to a temp folder on your hard drive. Not into your Data folder preferably.

This file contains all of the meshes used in the vanilla game. It does not include the meshes from Shivering Isles if you have the expansion. They are in their own bsa.

You can bob for apples to your heart's content.

Edited for stupid spelling mistake...

Along with Wyre Bash and BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) and others, OBMM is one of the most essential tools if you plan to use mods or make your own.

OBMM can do even more than I've already described. That's what Help and Readme files are for.... :whistling:

Also make sure you have the latest version.
