Download issues

I have the same issue. The download speed is very low. Normaly i have 1-2 mb/s on Vortex. The speed is now under 150 kb/s. This speed is useless for large data.

I split your post into it's own topic as you were hijacking some else's thread. Please see the pinned post with all the test results we need to advise you. A trace log alone is not particularly helpful.
