Best Hair, Eye, Makeup, and Female Model Combinations

After having downloaded and created hundreds of Mods, I'm entirely lost as to which work well together and which are incompatible. Heres what I'm looking for: Hair, Eye, Makeup, Facial Detail, Facial Presets, and Female Body Model. Mods with the most detailed options for Hi-Res users that will work together in the above mentioned areas, as well as Trynfkwtme's stip club mod. So that being said could you professional modders and the like please give me some feedback? Thank you.

For Body Models, from what I hear, these are the most popular B.A.B.E., Dimonized Type3, Malos, and Naouak. But which of these is the more detailed and compatible with "vanilla" gear?

Along with many Hair packs, Face Detailing, Makeup, Facial Presets, etc.

Please, It would mean a lot if someone knows how to piece together the highest quality Character/NPC realistic custom appearance pack for High Res users.

Well I can only suggest what I personally use and find the best. First I use the body texture and mesh from BABE (C-cup body) over all its the best looking and most realistic texture out their along with providing the highest quality texture (IE good resolution and details, and barely any 'seam' issues if at all anymore), then I use the wonderful facial textures from Dimonized Type3 ( i just take out he facial textures, they're the best out there) along with the eye textures he provides in his optional file.. For compatibility I also use the BABE raider fix for MMM and use the set of BABE meshes for all vanilla armors to go with the body.

Well as far as Body Mods go i personally use the B cup BABE one as it is the most compatible that i have seen with the vanilla armors, and hehe i use a personal face for my chars, as i play the female charecters (see below) but for general NPC face retex i still use the josefs make-up one.
