kenchixp
I just recently started playing fallout 3 again, and I walked into megaton one day and noticed that none of the NPCs can walk, they simply float/glide as they walk (For about 3 seconds they walk normally, then they freeze up and all of them just start floating, they cannot move their arms or anything). This happens everywhere with every human NPC. It can happen if I move the camera off of them, and then move it back. Also, when they turn their heads, the head swivel down to the right instead of the side. This happened just after installing the Unofficial patch posted on the nexus. I reinstalled 3 times and it still happens even after un installing the unofficial patch. I don't have any mods that do anything to the NPCs aside from skin textures. Does anyone know why this is happening? I had no issues with this before installing the unofficial patch, and uninstalling it did nothing as well. Also, I played with no mods, and it still did it. I reinstalled the entire game after uninstalling it, and it is still doing it. I've had no problems with fallout 3 until this. (Will post screencaps soon, though it's hard to tell they are frozen with a screenshot...) Also,This happens everywhere. Not just Megaton. Some Generic Female NPCs can still walk normally. When the NPCs freeze, they cannot attack visually, but they still attack. http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/5348/screenshot458.jpghttp://img14.imageshack.us/img14/1993/screenshot460.jpghttp://img16.imageshack.us/img16/8003/screenshot466.jpghttp://img13.imageshack.us/img13/1461/screenshot463.jpghttp://img14.imageshack.us/img14/8566/screenshot469.jpghttp://img16.imageshack.us/img16/5246/screenshot470.jpghttp://img21.imageshack.us/img21/849/screenshot476.png
