Working with the world space in the GECK

Good afternoon. I'm not very experienced with GECK, and yet there are a few things I'm going to implement, but I'm not quite sure how yet.

Is it possible to somehow view/replace certain landscape textures within the worldspace without affecting the rest? For example, I'm only interested in the land texture of the Capital Wasteland, without affecting the same texture on the Mojave Wasteland.

I hope I made myself clear, English is not my first language. :)
