Thichet excavations navmesh and precomb/vis issues

hi all !! I came across two issues while modding Thicket excavations (overhaul and settlement )... One is that auto generate navmesh isnt working right

recast navmesh doesnt do anything...it starts and ends without any result..

Second issue is that generating precombinnes/visibility/precombinedvisibility is a nightmare...Result i is madness...gigantic color planes and the whole map disappearing when i get near the location.

Meshes missing etc etc.. I did it all using the cell by cell method... a) all cells one by one for precombines in a specific order from cell to cell.. b) visibility cell by cell same order as precombs..c) precombinedvisibility again same as visibility...

( noticed a "planemarker) where the issue is .

does it have anything to do with the depth ? or is there something im missing

There's a couple of issues with Thicket. The gigantic color planes (which resolve if you save, go at least to main menu or exit completely, then reload) are the classic "Distant viewpoint" objects persisting even when you get close. This happens fairly often at Corvega and on certain highways.

 

Another issue altogether is that recently having Ketaro's Treasures generates a CTD "kill zone" going down the ramp, due to the placement of the board game. I am uncertain what about the mod causes this and similar instabilities of late but I had to (very reluctantly) uninstall it to resolve the issue.
