l0n3llyw0lf
I prefer use Game-Gain software to boost up my computer. My self use GForce 8600 GT and use high setting for Fallout gameplay, But after i use it to tune up and optimaze my computer it booze like hell and i can use ultra high setting without trouble or crash graphic. That's not free for download cause it need SN for full use.

Spaceritual
Tried out Game Booster with Fallout 3 and Oblivion and both "seemed" to me to run smoother...this is going by feel and the lessening of those stuttery moments in Oblivion
Deleted559516User
I noticed "tearing" when inside vaults, buildings, but outside the smoothness was a great improvement and since in those environments I'm not seeing texture "tearing", that is more to my liking. I will probably disable Game Booster when I am "inside" and use it for prolonged gaming "outside" in FO3. Enabling Vertical Synch had no effect on this issue. 8800 GT, Vista 64, Windowed Mode I have no yet tried Game Booster in Full Screen mode, but expect the same results.
